You can order Pay Per View (PPV) events using your remote or by calling in. If you order using your remote then the event is only available on the television associated with that remote. If you order by phone you may watch the event on all of your receivers. You will only be charged once for the event.

Ordering a Pay Per View event with your remote

If you order an event with your remote, you’re only able to watch it on the TV associated with that remote. When using your remote to order, you’ll need to have your home phone connected to your receiver.

Follow the steps below to order PPV:

1. Press Guide on your remote control
2. Navigate to the PPV event you want
   • English PPV can be found within channels 313 - 399 and 831 - 879
   • French PPV can be found within channels 155 - 178
3. Press SELECT
4. Use the Left and Right arrows to select Order
5. Select Yes to confirm you want to buy the program

Note: Ensure you have selected the program you want before pressing Yes as you will be automatically billed once you've confirmed your selection.

Using your phone:

1. Highlight the event you want to purchase
2. Provide the Event ID and your purchase PIN

Note: Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the 4-digit number you chose when you activated your TV account. Call us at 310-6988 if you can’t remember your PIN.
